Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: E3 2018 Gameplay Walkthrough | Ubisoft [NA]

  1. Am I the only one who liked the HUD for the Inventory in this Demo more than the actual game? I feel like it shows more and it less cluttered, I don't know why.

Also, the sounds of the sword hitting armor sounds better to me in this than in the actual game.

  2. "choice is key" Legacy of the first lie, the ending of this DLC will tell u the truth. ^^ but still love this game

  3. sorry to say this.. but ACO gameplay seems like Witcher 3. those abilities like magic or somethings.. i don't know.. but i like the graphic though but hve less touch of Creed of the Assassin's..

  4. Fans when Ubisoft go for something that is the same:
wHay Da seme gEme (Much like people complaining about odyssey is like origins)
Fans when Ubisoft go for something that is different:
    nUt muhh AssAss Creed
They cant really please everyone so they simply chose to make a different kind of AC game.

  5. came back after 30 hours in the game, I didn't even watch this until now, this is not a game for anyone wants an assassin-based game, it's an ambitious RPG game from Ubisoft, and it's outstanding ! Reminds me of the good old days when I play Black Flag, the sea is just so well designed and gorgeous. the combat is okay but the most important is I can't stop playing and farming until I find out all the mystery things in the game and kill all of them 😂

  6. Was already gonna pick this up after beating RDR2 but hot damn I just learned about the Atlantis DLC coming in 2019 and now im DEFINITELY getting it for my next game.

  7. In the following I would like to write about Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. A lot of people say this isn‘t an Assassin’s Creed game. Well, I have to say that this game is a matter of opinion. In my opinion Assassin’s Creed 4 was not an Assassin‘s Creed we had before. Moreover they changed the mechanics and the gameplay itself, which has helped the series growing bigger. We have to accept, that the old franchise is gone, and a new one is here. In my opinion is Assassin‘s Creed Odyssey a game that makes a lot of fun. Before, when Origins came out, I was a little bit sceptic to be honest. But secondly then after a certain time, the RPG mechanics have fitted into me. And I loved playing it. Now Assassin‘s Creed Odyssey is an one more step going into a big direction. Odyssey feels comfy. Every kind of player can be fit in into this game. What I really like is that answers of dialogs have impact on yourself, and the story and so on. Also this new kind of gameplay is doing well. You won‘t stuck in walls or boughs anymore. You just climb over it, how it is meant to be. Conclusively I can say, that the RPG mechanics are the golden step, of making a gold statue. And I am hyped and honored, having a new Assassin‘s Creed game next, which brings me to another world.

    Have a nice day.

  8. no more assassins creed like Ezio this is just spartans warior and nothink more…please gett back the realy assassins brodherhood in another missions like trilogy best regards

  9. I keep seeing people say that this is not Assassins Creed anymore and I'm confused about what that means. I believe they are saying this because there has been so many changes done to the game and in my opinion these changes are great for the franchise. In Odyssey you have so much to do there is literally layers upon layers of fun things to do, I have noticed a lot of open world games are heading that direction and I'm glad Assassin's Creed has evolved and kept up with the times. You can approach every situation in any way you want to, you can take the stealthy approach, you can go straight in with melee weapons, or you can pick enemies off from a distance with a bow. I love all the options the game gives you, there is no set way to play or set class you have to play with I like the freedom that I have. I also keep hearing people say where is the assassin's hood? You guys are dumb because this takes place way before the brotherhood was ever formed so it would make absolutely no sense to have the assassin's hood and outfit in this game, assassin's don't exist in Odyssey. You are a mercenary for hire which in a way is kind of like an assassin but once again there is no BROTHERHOOD so that's why there is no hood. And to all the people that say it's not Assassin's Creed anymore well your dumb too because there is still the ability to assassinate people, the Animus is in this, and the story relates to all the other ones. You people just don't like all the changes but you're the same ones that asked for changes to begin with LMAO if you don't like the game than stop playing it and stop complaining! In my opinion this is the best one in the franchise, it's also a potential personal game of the year for me right up there with Red Dead Redemption, God of War, and Spiderman. And by the way biggest bust of the year for me is Fallout 76 I bet all the people who are bashing this likes fallout 76 lol.
